- Mrs. Schott was born October 15, 1842, at Wetherfield, Vt. Her parents were Anson and Mary Thomas. When she was 11 years of age the family moved to Plainfield, Ill., where the deceased was educated.
She was married in Plainfield on November 15, 1865 to Samuel Schott. Their home was in Clay City and in Livingston county. Mrs. Schott had lived in this city for ten years.
