    Notes:

    Mr. Hanna served as Noble Postmaster for many years, before re-
    tiring at the age of 70 in 1949. He had been active in almost every community matter in West Richland, and served in many
    capacities, proving to a hard fighter for what he believed was right, and a good friend for those who needed one.

    As a young man he operated the Hanna Cider and Apple Butter Mill in Noble, and later was occupied in a number of businesses, and held a number of offices, including Justice of the Peace.

    He was a monument salesman and notary public until failing health last year forced him into inactivity.

    Died:
    Web Hanna, 82, former Noble Postmaster and one of Richland County's most respected citizens, died at his home in Noble at 9:30 o'clock this morning.
