    Joseph R. Bell, Jr., 51, of Dundas, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023 at his home.

    Joseph was born February 14, 1972 in Olney, IL, the son of Joseph Randall and Rebecca (Wagner) Bell. He married Dana (Kuhl) on October 4, 1997 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Wendelin, and she survives.

    Joe was employed at Dolls, Inc. for over 25 years as a heavy equipment operator. When he wasn't working you would find him at a dirt track race. He liked to help with the pit crew and enjoyed traveling from race to race. Joe could fix anything on wheels and also had carpentry skills where he could build anything from the ground up. He took pleasure in boating, fishing, and hunting with his sons. He was hard working and always on the go. Joe was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend. He will be missed by everyone he left a mark on.

    Joseph is survived by his wife, Dana Bell of Dundas; son, Jake (Chelsea Kocher) Bell of Ste. Marie; son, Jordan (Heaven Wyatt) Bell of Olney; sisters, Annie (Melvin) Weiler and Patricia "Sis" Bell; mother and father in-law, Victor and Darlene Kuhl; and several sister and brother in-laws, nieces, and nephews..

    He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Shawn Bell.

    A visitation will be held on December 17, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney.

    A funeral will be held at 10:00 AM on December 18, 2023 at Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney

    Interment will follow the service at Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg,
