DEBRA CURTIS, 62, of Stites, Idaho, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017, at St. Joe Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Idaho.

Debra was born on August 12, 1955, in Peoria, IL to Donald “Bud” and Marjorie (Oliver) McAllister. Debra married Jerry Curtis on July 30, 1972, at the Harmony Methodist Church south of Flora.

Debra enjoyed gardening, both flowers and food garden. Together, she and Jerry loved camping and riding four wheelers.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Marjorie and Donald.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jerry; two sons, Brian (Rachel) Curtis and Michael (Alana) Curtis; one sister, Susan McAllister; four brothers, Gene (Jan) McAllister, Tom (Chris) McAllister, Tony (Cindy) McAllister, and Michael (Karen) McAllister, and three grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be 10am Monday, September 11, 2017, at Hosselton Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6pm-8pm Sunday, September 10, 2017, at Hosselton Funeral Home. Burial will be in Kneff Cemetery.

Marjorie Louise "Oliver" McAllister, age 81, of Flora, IL passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Flora Gardens Care Center in Flora.

Marjorie was born May 20, 1932 in Louisville, IL to Samuel Clyde and Gaynell (White) Oliver. She married Donald L. "Bud" McAllister on April 12, 1952 in Louisville. He preceded her in death on April 11, 1986.

Marjorie worked at Flora Manor for a total of 39 years retiring in 1997 as supervisor. She was a member of Bloom Baptist Church, enjoyed family, her pets, going to rummage sales, and most of all people.

She is survived by four sons: Gene, Tom, Mike, and Tony McAllister; two daughters: Debbie Curtis, Susan Spitz; 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, seven brothers (Elmer, Raymond, Bob, Scott, Charles, Bill, and Morris Oliver), a sister (Helen Kincaid), infant sister (Reba Oliver), and a great-grandchild (Jenessa Lee Krantz).

The funeral service for Marjorie McAllister was held at Frank & Bright Funeral Home.

Interment was in Kneff Cemetery, Flora.

Memorial to Alzheimer's Association.
