    Clora Edith Patterson, 75, of Noble Rt. 2, passed away Saturday evening at Richland Memorial Hospital.

    She was born in Richland County Sept. 2, 1895. Her husband, Charley, preceded her in death in 1965. They were married in Olney Dec.2,1915.

    Surviving are three sons, Floyd and Glenn, both of Noble, and Carmon of Dixon; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Harry (Esther) Daniels of Flora.

    Services will be held in the Noble Chapel of the Cardascio-Easley Funeral Home, with Rev. Gene
    Everett officiating. Burial will be in the Hanna Cemetery.

    Friends may call at the funeral home.

    She was a member of the Glenwood Church.

    Charles Abbott, age 75, of the Glenwood community northwest of Noble, died last Friday night at the Olney Sanitarium. Death was due to pneumonia.

    Mr. Abbott is survived by his wife, one son, John Abbott, and two daughters, Mrs. Charles Patterson and Mrs. Carlos Brown, all of Noble and vicinity.

    Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Glenwood church with Rev. Jess Kindred in charge and burial was in the Hanna cemetery.
