Mrs. Lame was born just west of the Marion Church, in Edwards County, on April 17, 1889, daughter of the late Rueben and Mary Estes Woodruff, and lived her early life in that smae neighborhood. She was a member of the Seminary E.U.B. Church. She is survived by six sons: Irl, Herbert and Clarence, all of Olney, Rollis of West Salem, Ellis and Alfred Jr., both of Parkersburg; Three daughters, Mrs Herman (Aileen) Holtz and Mrs. Lawrence (Trella) Lomas, botyh of Olney, and Mrs. Odis (Elizabeth) Maddox of Odessa, Texas; a half sister, Mrs. Emma De Lat, of Manitowoc, Wisconsis, fifteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and her husband, Mrs. Lame was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Elsie, a brother, Perry, and a half-brother, Roscoe Robinson. The body will arrive in Flora tomorrow afternoon at 1:42 p.m., and removed to Clay City for services. Muriel enjoyed feeding birds and was known for her unique fudge recipe. Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney. Mr. Cutshall was born December 27, 1913, in Olney, the son of John Martin and Sarah Elizabeth (Kent) Cutshall. He married Marjorie M. Houchin on December 31, 1934. She survives. He was a retired carpenter. He lived in Olney for 84 years and moved to Evansville, Ind. in 1997 and to Centralia in 2003. He was a very active member of First United Methodist Church, teaching Sunday School and serving as Sunday School superintendent for many years. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving in World War II in the Asiatic Pacific area. Mr. Cutshall is survived by his wife of 72 years, Marjorie Cutshall, of Centralia; daughter, Sandra R. She was born October 13, 1962, in Herrin, Illinois, the daughter of Paul and Rosemary (Coriasco) Murphy. She was united in marriage to Bryan K. Adkins on July 30, 1994, in Allen, Maryland and he preceded her in death April 1, 2014. Myra enjoyed attending her grandkids sporting events. She had a love for animals and loved her dogs Madison, Dillon, and Remi. She was a member of Olney Southern Baptist Church. She is survived by a son: Dustin (Sara) Brown of Olney; 3 grandchildren: Alexis, Ashton, and Brayden Brown all of Olney; mother: Rosemary Murphy of Olney; 2 brothers: David (Amy) Murphy of Olney and Michael Murphy of Bridgeport; a sister: Pat Murphy of Teutopolis; and many nieces and nephews. Eileen was born on January 1, 1938, in Sailor Springs, Illinois, the daughter of Kenneth Lister and Myrtle (Welch) Lister. She married Harlen Cochran on July 26, 1962, in Louisville, Illinois. He preceded her in death. Eileen worked as a packer in manufacturing, was a bus driver for CEFS Headstart in Clay County, and was a licensed child-care provider for many years and provided in-home child care for neighborhood children. She is survived by sons, Robert D. and Gary W. Cochran; daughters Brenda K. Pate, and Barbara J. Humes; brothers, Kenneth W. "Wayne" Lister, Marvin D. Lister, Glen R. Lister, and David Leon Lister; sister Thelma Boyd; 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Myrtle Lister, husband Harlen Cochran, special friend Walter Bruner, beloved dog, "Candi," and three grandchildren, Angel Jean Humes, Angel Lynn Humes and Angel Carroll Humes. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Hertz-Thoma Chapel, Kankakee. Cremation rights will be accorded. Burial will be at a later date in Flora. Memorials for Mrs. Carman may be made to her grandchildren's education fund. She was born July 17, 1928 in Flora, to William and Hattie Bradley. She married Joseph Yauch Sept.10, 1947 in Kankakee, and he died May 8, 1993. Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Jerry Boudreau of Evergreen, Colo; two step-sons, Land Carman of Kankakee and John Carman of Kankakee and John Carman of Camarilo, Calif.; one son-in-law, Dennis Thomas of Bradley; two grandchildren, Nikki Jo Boudreau of Evergreen, Colo., and Bryan Lee Thomas of Bradley; two sisters, Anna Lamb of Flora and Martha Lou Johnson of Galveston, Texas. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly Joyce Thomas, four brothers and five sisters. Mrs. Carman was a customer service representative at Hornsby's and then Also. 6291 | Myrtle Mitchell, 85, of Clay City, died at 12:45 p.m. Sunday at the Olney Care Center in Olney. Visitation and services will be held at Hosselton-Bookhout-Engelmeier Funeral Home in Clay City. Burial will be in the Clay City Cemetery. She was born Oct. 22, 1899, in Wayne County, the daughter of Samuel and Christina Shelby Penrod. She arried James Mitchell on Oct. 26, 1916 in Wayne County and he preceded her in death in 1964. She is survived by twp sons, J.C. Mitchell of Minerva, Ohio and Gary Mitchell of Findlay; four daughters, Mrs. ucille Sheraden of Fairfield, Mrs. Louella Sharp of Fairfield, Mrs. Evalyn Young of Clay City and Mrs. Hilah Nimnicht of Washington, Ind.; one sister, Frances Bunnage of Albion; 24 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three sons and a daughter. She was a member of the Clay City Church of God. 6292 | Myrtle Nellie Lister, 79, of Flora, IL died Oct. 29, 1990 at the Flora Nursing Center. She was born in Sailor Springs on Dec. 23, 1910, the daughter of David E. and Martha Edna Empson Welch. She married Kenneth Lister on April 2, 1931 in Louisville, and he survives. She was a member of the Sailor Springs Christian Church. Survivors are her husband, four sons, Kenneth Wayne, Marvin Dean, Glen Ray, and David Leon Lister; two daughters, Myrtle Eileen Cochran and Thelma Louise Boyd; 16 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister. Funeral services were held at Frank and Bright Funeral Hom in Flora. 6294 | n her 40's, she went back to College. She became an accountant. She graduated from California State University--Northridge Alpha cum laude (with highest honors). When she retired, it was from the position of chief accountant for Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) which was purchased by British Petroleum who called her back to help with the financial closing of Wyoming Properties some years later. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and served on the Board in Lakewood Colorado for many years. She loved genealogy and was the keeper of the family records. Mary became a member of the Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints early in 1980. She was sealed to her husband in the Salt Lake Temple on August 27th 1983.
