  She co-owned Pool's in Robinson with her husband, Stan, from 1963-1988. She received her LPN in 1976 and, after working in several nursing facilities, including Cotillion Ridge Nursing Home in Robinson, she retired from Bridgepoint Nursing Home in Vincennes in 2008. After her retirement, she helped many in the area with their rehabilitation as a member of The Golden Girls. She collected dolls and enjoyed traveling, sports, playing piano and spending time with her family. She was a member of Highland Church of Christ.
