  Esther May Colclasure Leathers Heninger. Esther May Heninger, 87, of Flora, IL, died September 19, 2004, at Clay County Hospital in Flora. Mrs. Heninger was born July 16, 1917, in Xenia, the daughter of Floyd W. and Flaura Mae Woods Colclasure. She married William H. Heninger September 24, 1951 in Flora. She was a homemaker and a cook at local restaurants, and a member of First Christian Church in Flora. She loved her family and friends, and especially enjoyed cooking for her family gatherings. Survivors include her husband; two dons. Charles and Stan Leathers; a brother,Lloyd Colclasure; a sister, Naomi Tackitt; five grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents; son, Ted Leathers; a grandson, Steve; two brothers, Chester and Delbert Colclasure; and two sisters, Frieda Zimmerman and Ilene Farmer. Funeral services were held at Frank and Bright funeral Home with burial in Oak Mound Cemetery in Xenia.
