  Robert L. Lomas, 90, of Olney passed away on May 26, 2014 at Richland Memorial Hospital. Robert was born September 16, 1923 in Edwards Co., IL to parents, John Wesley and Matilda Madonna (Baker) Lomas. He married E. Mae (Johnson) Lomas on August 15, 1945 in Olney, IL. She precedes him in death. Robert was a WWII Navy veteran having served during the Battle of Okinawa in Japan. He worked for CIPS for 35 years and was a line clearance foreman. He is survived by daughter, Karen Lomas of Indianapolis, IN; daughter, Bobbi Tredway and husband Jim of Olney, son; Kelly Lomas of Olney; grandchildren, Jeremy Brown and wife Megan of Muncie, IN; Melissa Wilson and fiance Bryan Vinson of Olney; Megan Tredway of Olney; Anna Weber and husband Eric of Olney; Emily Troyer and husband Travis of Geff, IL; Lauren Lomas of Olney; 2 great grandchildren, Connor Clevenger and Hayden Weber; sister-in-law, Wilma Johnson of Lindsay, OK; sister-in-law, Dianne Lomas, and sister-in-law, Joan Lomas of Olney.
