- Charles Wilkin, 81. of Monticello and formerly of Clay City, died Saturday at the Kirby Hospital in Monticello.
Graveside funeral rites were held at the Clay City cemetery.
A native of Clay City, the deceased was married to Jennie C. Patterson on April 12, 1913 at Clay City. His wife preceded him in death.
He is survived by a son, Glenn, Monticello; daughters, Mrs. Don (Edna) Bails, Charleston; Mrs. Robert (Irene) Van Rheeven, Freeport; brother, J. C., Lewistown, Mont.; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
