Served in the Pacific Theater of Operations at Naval Base 3002 (Subic Bay, Luzon, Philippines). Earned The American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and The WWII Victory Medal. Honorably discharged as a Seaman Second Class on March 18, 1946 at the Naval Personal Separation Center, Unit 3, Great Lakes, Illinois.
