  Don Baines, 80, passed away in the Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, Illinois. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Baines. He married Pauline Weagle and she preceded him in death on December 23, 1965. He was an oil producer for Baines Oil Producers. His memberships included the Masonic Lodge, Shriners, Elks and the Richland County Country Club. He was survived by a son, John Baines; four daughters, Julie Allen, Donna Ann Marshall, Anita Kay Bell and Mary; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. Funeral services for Don Baines were held on April 1, 1986 in the Summers Funeral Home followed by interment in the Moravian Cemetery, West Salem, Illinois.
