  Evelyn F. Fulk, 38, Noble, died Tuesday in her home at approximately 3:25 p.m. as the result of an apparent self-inflicted gun shot wound, according to Richland County Coroner, Susan Landis Bromm. Services will be in the Cardascio Funeral Home in Clay City with burial in the Clay City Cemetery. Mrs. Fulk was born Sept. 11, 1942 in Clay County, the daughter of Floyd R. and Naomi Ruth (Brumett) Fildes. She married Donald G. Fulk June 10, 1961. She was a member of Ziff Baptist Church. Other survivors include a daughter, Daythia, at home; two brothers, Elsworth F. Fildes, St. Charles, Mo.; Eugene F. Fildes, Mapleton; a sister, Mrs. Elinor Patridge, Peoria; her parents; and mother and father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Fulk, Noble. Taken from the Olney Daily Mail, Olney, IL, April 22, 1981.
