  Minnie NEFF, 92, of Clay City, died at 8 a.m., Tuesday, March 7, 1995, at the Clay County Hospital. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m., Friday, at the Frank and Bright Funeral Home, Flora. Randy WEISEL will officiate at the services. Burial will be in the Kneff Cemetery, rural Flora. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice. Mrs. NEFF was born on June 16, 1902, in rural Clay City, the daughter of John and Cora (BOYD) BATES. She married Frank A. NEFF, Jr. in 1921 in Olney. He died in 1977. She was a homemaker and was of the Christian faith. Surviving are three daughters and one son-in-law, Leone COX and Mildred HAMILTON, both of Flora, and Velma and Dale FROST of Louisville; thirteen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, four sisters, and two brothers.
