    • William (Bill) H. Billingsley Sr., 73, Clay City died today at 6:20 a.m. in Clay County Hospital, Flora.

      He was born Oct. 5, 1905 in Kentucky to Lafayette and Martha Smith Billingsley Sr. His wife, Amy Gaskin Billingsley, died May 17, 1971.

      He is survived by sons, Robert of Waycada, Minn., William Jr. of Rock Springs, Wyo., and Charles of Georgetown, III.; a daughter, Marie Martin, Clay City; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

      He was a member of the Clay City United Methodist Church and the Odd Fellows Lodge, Clay City.

      Arrangements will be announced by the Cardascio Funeral Home, Clay City.
