  Lilybell Provines, 82, Route 1, Sumner, died 7:30 a.m. today, (Friday, Dec. 2, 1988) in Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Ind. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in the Sivert-Macey Funeral Home in Sumner. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Crest Haven Cemetery. Mrs. Provines was born Dec. 1, 1906, in Claremont, the daughter of Henry and Frances (Brian) Hasler. She married Marshall C. Provines March 29, 1930, and he survives. She was a homemaker and a member of the Centenary Church. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two sons, Kenneth Provines, Bone Gap, and Finley Provines, Sumner; a sister, Lulubell Hasler, Sumner; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
