    • Juanita Raley, 84, of Clay City, died December 1, 2004, at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

      Mrs. Raley was born March 29, 1920, in Clay City, the daughter of Charles and Flossie Dehart Hamilton. She married Galen Raley January 1, 1947 in Salem and he preceded her in death March 25, 2002.

      She was retired from Flora International Shoe Company, was of the Baptist faith, and a member of Ladies of the Moose and Flora American Legion Auxiliary.

      Survivors include several cousins.

      Preceding her in death were her parents and husband.

      Funeral services were held at Frank and Bright Funeral Home with burial in the Clay City Cemetery.
