  Thomas M. Heath, 46, of Rochester died at 12:50 p.m. Friday at Memorial Medical Center. He was born Sept. 26, 1946, in Wichita, Kan., the son of Harry Heath and Annie Cherry Heath. He married Barbara L. Tibbs in 1971 in Springfield. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Anne Heath, in 1980. He was a 1982 graduate of Sangamon State University. A resident of Rochester for 20 years, Mr. Heath was a member of Rochester Christian Church, where he served as a deacon. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. Surviving are his wife, Barbara L.; two daughters, Kimberly Jo and Stacey Lynn Heath, both of Rochester; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Heath of Caseyville; two brothers, Carl of Mount Pulaski and Paul of Kansas City, Kan.; three sisters, Bea Butler of Mascoutah, Sue Spring of Mahomet, and June Grindley of Farmer City; several nieces and nephews. Services at Rochester Christian Church, with the Rev. Tim Dally officiating. Burial in Rochester Cemetery. Wilson Park Funeral Home, Rochester, is in charge of arrangements.
