Mr. Combs was retired from the U. S. Army with over 20 years of devoted service to his nation. His military decorations included the Berlin Army of Occupation Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry and the Master Explosive Ordnance Disposal Badge.
Survivors include his wife, Betty, daughter Kathy, Sons Gene & Terry, brothers Leonard and Les and sister Mary Ellen.
