  Vicki Martell, 45, of Clay City, IL died at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, MO as a result of an automobile accident. Vicki was born July 23, 1959 in Olney, IL to Joseph & Julie Hildebrand Noll. She was married to William "Bill" Martell on November 10, 1990 in Port Charlotte, FL. She was a homemaker and was affiliated with the Sailor Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Bill Martell; daughters Ginny Carter and Madolyn Martell; son, William; brothers, Calvin Noll & Stewart Noll; sisters, Julia Murphy, Karen Morris; and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter, Rozzalyn Carter. Services were held at Summers-Kistler funeral Home with burial in Dillman Cemetery in Sailor Springs.
