  Doris Mae Hedrick, 83, of West Salem died Jan., 14, 2002 at her residence in West Salem. She was born Oct. 28, 1918 in Urbana, the daughter of Fred and Ora Hudson Mast. She married Allen Hedrick on Feb, 23, 1947 in Mayview. Survivors include one daughter, Jane Hedrick of West Salem; four sons, James and wife Jan of Bardstown, Ky., David and his wife Mary of Petersburg, Paul and wife Katherine of Lake St, Louis, Mo., and Jerry and wife Trina of Lancaster; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Hedrick; her parents; and a son, Charles.
