  Shelby J. Worthey, 67, Died, Sunday, June 9, 2013, at Kindred Hospital in Amarillo, Tx. She was born April 29, 1946 in Salem, Illinois, the daughter of Charley Andrew Boston and Mildred (Corry). She graduated from Seward County community college in 1984 obtaining her LPN in nursing. On February 11, 1961 she married Donald Ray Worthey in Xenia, Illinois, he preceeded her in death on December 31, 2012. She was formally employed by Wheatridge Park Care Center and Good Samaritan Society of Liberal as an LPN and office nurse. She retired from Southwest Medical Center on December 18, 2001 She was a member of Central Christian Church – Liberal Survivors: 2-sons Criss A. Worthey and wife Nancy of Kismet, Ks Michael W. Worthey and wife Jeanne of Crawfordsville, In 1-daughter Sandra J. Lloyd of Tampa, Fl 4-grandchildren Charley Worthey Mikale Bell Kristen Bussey Madalyn "Madie" Worthey 1-great grandchild Wendy Bell She was preceeded in death by her parents, husband, and sister Vicki Boston. Memorial Service: 10 am Saturday, June 29, 2013, at Central Christian Church of Liberal. With Pastors Chuck Scroggs and Ron Davis presiding. No calling times, cremation has taken place.
