  Chassie L. Toliver, 84, Rt. 2, Noble died Monday at 9 a.m. at Richland Memorial Hospital. She was born in Shelby County, III, Dec. 18, 1893 to John T. and Mary Corley Jones. She married Everett Toliver Dec. 31, 1913 at Tower Hill, Ill. He died March 31, 1977. Survivors include sons, Mason of Noble and William of Overbrook, Kan.; a brother, Howard I. Jones, Springfield; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at the Glenwood Church with Bro. Bill Rennels officiating. Burial will be in Hanna Cemetery in rural Noble. Visitation will be at the Cardascio Funeral Home, Noble. Mrs. Toliver was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister, and two brothers. Taken from the Olney Daily Mail, Olney, IL, Mar, 1978.
