Saw combat with the 705th Engineer Petroleum Distribution Company through The Naples-Foggia, Rome-Arno, And Po Valley Campaigns. Earned The American Campaign Medal, The European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars, the WWII Victory Medal, And The Good Conduct Medal. Honorably discharged as a Technician 4th Grade in the Corps of Engineers on December 9, 1945 at Camp Grant, Illinois.
