    • Ralph Wayne Taylor, 68, of Clay City, died Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at 10:55 a.m. at home.

      Funeral services will be held July 7, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the Neal Funeral Home in Louisville. Interment will be in Oskaloosa Cemetery in rural Xenia.

      Visitation will be held July 7, 2006 from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home in Louisville. Special Oddfellow Rites will be performed for him being a part of the Navy.


      Memorials can be made to Donor's Choice.

      Ralph was born August 8, 1937 in Drumright, OK. He married Jean Taylor on January 7, 1984.

      Ralph was a retired truck driver. He was a member of the Flora Oddfellow Lodge 151, Advance Encampment 128, Regenia Rebekah Lodge.



      Survivors include: wife, Jean Taylor of Clay City; son, Robert Taylor and wife Lesa of Xenia; step-sons, Charles Allen of Japan and Richard Allen of Clay City; daughters, Debbie McCarthy and husband Elmo of Rinard, Mary Cole and husband Robert of Vandalia, Gatha Waldrop and husband Jeff of Noble; step-daughters, Lynn Cornwell of Effingham and Stacey Nichols of Robinson; brother, Myron Lee Taylor of Georgia; sister, Lawana Williams of Savannah; 11 grandchildren; two step grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren.

      He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter.
