    • Mildred Marjorie Heiden, age 93 of Louisville, passed away at 5:40 am, Friday, July 14, 2017, at the Burge House in Flora.

      Mildred was born Saturday, October 6, 1923 in Louisville, the daughter of the late Everett Kincaid and the late Margartet (Denton) Kincaid. On April 28, 1945, she was united in marriage to Howard John Heiden in Elizabethtown, KY. He preceded her in death on October 1, 2002.

      She was self employed as a homemaker, babysitter and house keeper. Mildred was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and taught Sunday School for several years. She loved to cook and always had enough for anyone who might've stopped in and she sure loved her chickens. She also loved to square dance and spend time outside and garden, as well as taking care of her family which was first priority.

      Mildred is survived by sons, Ray (Linda) Dean Heiden, Sam (Sue) Heiden; daughter, Rose Pritchard; grand children, Amy (Charlie) Martin of Dieterich, Kevin (Jennifer) Pritchard, Jeff (Lora) Heiden, Trisha (Jim) Norton, Ed (Jackie) Heiden, Mike Heiden; 13 great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.

      She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brothers, Glen, Archie and Leroy Kincaid.

      Arrangements are entrusted to J.W. Neal Funeral Home, Louisville, IL, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday, July 17, 2017. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 18, 2018 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Louisville, with a one hour wake at 10:00 am before the service.

      Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Louisville, IL.

      Memorial contributions may be made to Clay County Hospice or St. John's Lutheran Church for the Alaskan Mission.
