She was born in Centralia, IL. Ann was born on October 27, 1939 to Charlie and Helen (Bones) Clark. Ann married Ed Iaun on St Patrick's Day, March 17th 1962. They were married for 54 years. Ann passed the next day, March 18th.

Ann graduated with the ERHS Class of 1957 and went on to graduate from Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul Hospital in St Louis, MO and the courses at Harvard Medical School for Oncology for Nurses.

Two came out to the car and told Edward "Miss Ann will be OK. If anybody touches her, they will never get out of here alive. She is the only one who really cares for us !!!!"

Survived by her husband, Edward Iaun; son, Stephen Iaun; and brother, Pat Clark.

Preceded in death by her parents and a son Christopher Iaun.
