  Cecil L. Magill, 79, of Delphi, Ind., and formerly of Noble, died Saturday March 30, 2013 in Delphi, Ind. Funeral services held Wednesday April 3 at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Noble, with Pastor Doyle Williams officiating. Burial with full military rites will be in Noble Cemetery. Mr. Magill was born July 3, 1933 in Chaonia, Mo., the son of James Carmen and Ora Belle (Meloy) Magill. He married Nettie Lou VanMatre on July 11, 1953, in Fort Riley, Kan. She preceded him in death on March 26, 2006. He was a veteran, having served in the Korean War. He was a lifetime member of American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Mr Magiss is survived by his son, James Thomas Magill; son, Kevin Wayne Magill and wife, Carol; 11 grandchildren; 15 geat-grandchildren; sister, Shirely Magill; sister-in-law, Jen Magill; and many nieces and nephews.
