FAIRFIELD, Ill. -- James J. Beeson, 81, died Friday afternoon at Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Marion.
He was a retired farmer, a World War II Navy veteran and a member of AmVets.
Surviving are his wife, Juanita (Milner)
; three daughters, . . . ; four sons, . . . ; two sisters, . . . ; 23 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and four stepgreat-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Hosselton Funeral Home Cisne Chapel, with burial in Oak Valley Cemetery in Geff, with military rites.
Friends may call from noon to service time at the funeral home.
