  VERA MARIE CLEMENTS, Age 78 of Johnsonville, Passed away at 8:00 AM; Thursday, October 12, 2006 at her home. She was born on May 19, 1928 at Cisne to Miles & Emma (Johnson) Schell. She was married to Lloyd Clements on July 12, 1946 at Wayne City, IL She was a retired secretary for Allen ‘Red' Smith Drilling Company of Wayne City, IL. She was a member of the Rock Branch General Baptist Church of Cisne and also a member of the Eastern Star Lodge #973 of Cisne. Surviving Vera are: Her Husband- Lloyd of Johnsonville; 1 Daughter – Connie Brashear and Her Husband- Garry of Johnsonville and 1 Son- Gerry Clements and His Wife- Connie of Johnsonville; 1 Brother – Norman Schell of Xenia, IL. Also 6 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: 1 Grandson-Scott, 4 Sisters, 2 Brothers & Her Parents. Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 PM; Sunday, Oct. 15, 2006 at the Hosselton Funeral Home at Cisne with Bro. James Slater and Bro. Randy Albert officiating. Burial will be in the Johnsonville Cemetery at Johnsonville. Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Good Samaritan and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
