- William George "Cheech" Cooley, 50, of Noble, died at 2 a.m. Sunday, April 8, 2012, at his residence.
Cremation rites were accorded. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at 446 Alco Street in Noble with Reverend Doyle Williams officiating.
Mr. Cooley was born January 10, 1962, in Dolton, the son of George William and Sharon Lynn (Lincoln) Cooley.
He was a bodyman and metal worker.
Mr. Cooley is survived by his helpmate of 27 years, Angela Gish; son, William Patrick Adam Gish; daughter, Heather Gish; daughter, Amber (Rahman) Watson; stepson, Shawn Garcia; sister, Tammy (Joe) Wawrzycki; sister, Wendy Tornberg; stepbrother, Dean Walker; five stepsisters; paternal grandparents, Alberta (Lyle) Cooley; maternal grandparents, Emme (William) Ciszar; uncle, Bill Ciszar; aunt, Arlene Corder; stepfather, Earl Lincoln; grandchildren, James, Jacob and Novalie; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; second sons; best friend, Jeff Crisman; special goddaughter, Rachel Lundstrom; special mother in common, Patricia Reidisell; special sisters-in-common, Kathy (Leo) Castillo, and Michelle Baptist; and many special friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Cooley, and grandparents.
