  Mr. Robert Lee Henson, 85, of Xenia, IL, passed away at 12:42AM, Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Good Samaritan Regional Health Center in Mt. Vernon, IL. Robert was born September 15, 1928, in Wayne County, to Chester Henson and Mable (Holman) Henson. He married Helen Moore on October 28, 1949 in Xenia IL. Robert spent his life farming and was a member of Powers Church in Xenia, as well as, the Flora Coon Hunters Club.. Mr. Henson is survived by three sons; Gary, Mike, and Richard Henson. Grandchildren; Kelli and Brian Dorris, Erinne and Garold Snyder, and Lindsay Henson. He was preceded in death by his parents, step-mother Betty Caudle Henson, and his wife Helen who passed away on February 25, 2011. Funeral Services for Robert Lee Henson were held at Byrd & Kohn Funeral in Flora, IL with interment immediately following at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Xenia, IL. Memorials to the American Kidney Foundation.
