Bob was born December 31, 1928 in Clay County, IL to Pearl and Susie (Shipman) Coulter. He was a retired trucking company owner and operator. He was a member of the Clay City First Baptist Church.
Survivors include; his Wife, Anna Mae Coulter of Clay City; Son, Robert Neal Coulter, Jr. and wife, Teresa Ann, of Englewood, FL; Sister, Doris Payne, Salem; IL , two Grandchildren, Jared Coulter and wife, Christine, Rock Island, TN; Robert Jeffrey Coulter, Miami, FL; two Great Grandchildren, Katlyn and Kailey Coulter.
He was preceded in death by Parents, Son, Charlie Coulter, Grandson, Jason Coulter and Daughter-in-law, Glenda Jean Coulter.
Funeral Services: 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Clay City First Baptist Church
Visitation: Saturday, 1:00pm until service time at the Clay City First Baptist Church
Officiant: Pastor Brad Harris and Donald Murphy
