  Carwin G. Fulk, Noble, Il died November 4, 1990 at his residence. Mr. Fulk was born in Richland County, September 10, 1917, the son of James F. and Elva Wilkinson Fulk. He was a self-employed contractor. He was a U. S. Army veteran of World War II, a member of the Olney VFW Post 4226, and Olney American Legion Post #30. Surviving are two daughters, Angela Brown and Rhonda Rogers; five brothers, Everett, Matt, Ray, Charlie, and Adrian; three sisters, Bessie Warner, Ruth Brown and Jesse Lockard; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters. Funeral services were held at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home with burial in Hanna Cemetery near Noble. Graveside military rites were held by the Olney veterans organizations.
