  John had a passion for vintage cars and motorcycles. He was a hardworking craftsman who enjoyed building race cars, restoring old cars, and especially racing drag cars. He was a walking encyclopedia for older automobiles. John took pleasure in walking around car shows and pointing out the history and detail of each model. He also enjoyed camping with his wife and dogs.
