    George Moseley, 83, Clay City, died 1:30 p.m. Thursday in his home.

    Services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Hosselton-Bookhout-Engelmeier Funeral Home in Clay City with Bro. Barry Sikes presiding. Visitation will be in the funeral home. Burial will be in Clay City Cemetery.

    Mr. Mosely was born March 19, 1900, in Clay County, the son of Bennett and Maude (Travis)
    Moseley. He married Cleo Abbott July 9, 1932, in Fairfield and she survives.

    He was a retired laborer with Union Oil Co.; and a member of the Clay City Christian Church.

    Other survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Poole, Pueblo, Colo.; Pauline Harbin, Flora; Mrs. Ruth Ann Thomann, Noble; and Mrs. Georgia Rosborough, River Dale, Ga.; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Jim; a great-grandchild; a sister; and two brothers.

    She married George Poole and they both helped their granddaughter, Donna Zenthoefer at the Broadway House Florist in Princeton from 1997-2002. She later moved to Vincennes and lived there until the time of her death.
