    Notes:

    Makalee "Koo" Payne, 20, of Noble, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2015 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh, Indiana.

    Makalee was born August 5, 1994 in Richland County, the daughter of Brian and Marla (Payne) Kilgore.

    She graduated from West Richland High School in 2012 and was involved in many sports; basketball, volleyball, and softball.

    She was currently working as a DSP at Crown Point in Sumner, IL.

    Makalee was a easy going, strong headed woman with a big heart. She had a smile that would just make your day. She enjoyed to sing and dance every chance she got. Makalee was silly and comical and would have everyone laughing. She had an abundance of friends and savored every moment she had with them. She enjoyed her job and adored being around the residents at Crown Point.

    Makalee loved children. She took pleasure in being around her family but especially her niece and nephews. She cherished the time with her sisters and they did everything together.

    Michael Hundley was the love of her life, they had been dating for two years and she stayed by his side as he was on deployment to Afghanistan.

    She is survived by her mother, Marla Kilgore of Noble;
    sister, Nikki Kilgore of Bradenton, FL; sister, Kacie Payne of Noble; sister, Jennifer Wolfe of Clay City; grandparents, Reva and Bobby Fulk and Ron Holtz; great grandmother, Pauline Stadge; aunts and uncles, Sarah and Martin Holtz, Karla and Joe O'Dell, and Sherry Cavender; niece and nephews, Bella and Lennox Lewis, and Xavier Owusu-Gyan; and many cousins.

    She was preceded in death by her father, Brian Kilgore, grandfather, Donnie Payne.

    Words cannot express how deeply she will be missed and she will forever be in our hearts.
