    Catherine "Cathy" Elizabeth Bahl, 62, of Ingraham, died at 11:12 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2011, at her residence.

    Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Wendelin.

    Cathy was born July 8, 1948, in Olney, the daughter of Raymond and Bernadine (Ochs) Kuenstler.

    On April 23, 1968, she married Marvin D. Bahl. He preceded her in death.

    In her life she enjoyed many artistic hobbies and career ventures, having been self-employed as well as working for art distributors. She loved painting, gardening, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Wendelin and the Family Life Committee. She was always willing to help out in the communities of Wendelin and Ingraham, which she loved.

    Catherine is survived by her daughter, Christina Miller and fiancé, T.J. Welker, of Clay City; two beloved grandchildren, Nicholas Miller and Hailey Miller; sister, Margaret "Margie" (husband, Richard) Weidner, of Noble; sister, Alfrieda Kuenstler, of Flora; brother Robert "Bob" (wife, Kathy) Kuenstler, of Noble; and many treasured nieces and nephews.

    She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Bernadine Kuenstler; her husband of 40 years, Marvin Bahl; and her uncle, Herman Kuenstler.
