Served as a supply Non-Commissioned Officer (military occupational specialty 821) with the 9th Army Air Forces Radio Squadron through the Rome-Arno and Northern Apennines Campaigns. Earned a Meritorious Unit Award, The American Campaign Medal, The European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with 2 bronze battle stars, The WWII Victory Medal, The Good Conduct Medal. Honorably discharged as a Sergeant on November 27, 1945 at Camp Grant, Illinois.

    MEMORIAL
    Dathel Hull was born January 10, 1919 in Enid, OK to Thomas Paul and Lois Haskins. She passed away Monday, January 24, 2000 at the age of 81. She was a 1937 graduate of Classen High School in Oklahoma City and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1941. She was a long time member of the First Presbyterian Church in Tulsa where she also served as Deaconess. Among her many accomplishments she was past Chairman of the Cinderella Ball, a member of the Junior League of Tulsa and Pi Beta Phi Sorority. Mrs. Hull was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Joseph L. Hull Jr. in 1997. Her sister, Ruth Roberts and her brothers, Thomas and Truitt Haskins also preceded her. A funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m., Wednesday, First Presbyterian Church. Graveside committal will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Ninde Funeral Directors, Garden Chapel.
