    LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

    THE STATE OF TEXAS )(

    COUNTY OF VAN ZANDT )( KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, T.H. White Sr. of Van Zandt County, Texas, recognizing the uncertainty of human life and the certainty of death, and having a definite purpose to make testamentary disposition of my property and estate and being now in reasonableh and of sound mind and memory therefore I make and declare this instrument as to be my last will and testament hereby annulling and canceling any and all will or wills heretofore by me made should I ever have have made any

    ITEM FIRST:

    It is my will and I direct that following my death that my body be buried in a decent and christian like manner without extravigance and free from any show or display and in keeping with the quite and unpretentious llife that I have livedd I have any debts outstanding and unpaid at my death, it is my will and I direct that such indebtedness be paid at once out of my personal estate and property.

    ITEM SECOND:

    My house and residence is situated on a certain 76 acresof land on the James Boslyn surveyof land in Van Zandt County, acquired by me years ago
    and while I have acquired and owned other lands I am now living upon and have for many years resided upon said 76 acres of land as my homestead, and I hereby will and bequeath to my wife Lula F. White my said residence and all out buildings and lots and other improvements and conveniences to include 26 acres land out of and a part of said 76 acres of land: said 26 acres to be detached from the remaining 50 acres of said 76 acres, in a practicable sensible way: said 26 acres of land so bequeathed to my said wife Lula F. White is bequeathed to her during her life time and at her death said 26 acres of land with all improvments on the same is to pass to and become the property of my son George W. White and his bodily heirs, and I further will and direct that after the death of my said wife and when my said son George W. White become the owner of said 26 acres of land, that said 26 acres of land is never to be sold by him or hid decendants.

    ITEM THIRD:

    I will and bequeath to my son George W. White the remaining 50 acres
    of the 76 acres of land on the James Boslyn survey of land above mentioned, and also 98 acres of land on the Elder Carew survey : said 98 acres being all of the 100 acres purchased by me in 1891 from Wiley Moore except the 2 acres more or less this day conveyed to T.H. White Jr. said 2 acres being out of the extreme south part of said 100 acres. Said 50 acres and 98 acres of land hereby bequeathed to the said George W. White to be his absolutely and to his bodiliy heirs and I further will and direct that said land hereby bequeathed is never to be sold by George W. White or his decendants.

    ITEM FOURTH:

    I will and bequeath to my son Earl White te sum of One Hundred and Fifty dollars in money out of my personal property and since Earl White is now only some 13 years of age I will and direct that said sum hereinbequeathed to him be paid toe becomes 21 years of age and not before.

    ITEM FIFTH:

    It is my will and I specifically direct that my son George W. White pay all taxes stated, county and local from year to year as they accrue on and against the said 26 acres herein willed to my wife to the end that she may use and occupy s6s of land free from all public charges or expense.

    ITEM SIXTH:

    It is my will and I direct that no proceedings be held in court concerning my estate other than the probate of this my last will and return approval and proper record of an inventory and appraisement of my property and effects and that thisy my son George W. White.

    Executed as and for my last will on this the 5th day of July, 1924,in the presence of witnesses.
