    She was extremely close to her sister, Tommye Florence Gant Clemens and they lived close to each other most of their lives.

    Augusta married Brissenden, Ralph Carroll on 18 Jan 1932 in Jackson County, Missouri. Ralph (son of Brissenden, Ralph and Gill, Ida Ruth) was born on 28 Mar 1910 in Fornfelt, Cape Girardeau County, Missouri; died on 26 Aug 1986 in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona; was buried in Belvidere Rural Cemetery.
