    Leo Dios Frost, age 86, of Louisville, died at 4:24 p.m., Monday, December 10,2007, at Flora Health Care Center in Flora.

    He was born April 6,1921, in Clay County, the son of Dios and Ethel (Callison) Frost. He married Rose Frost, August 31, 1946. She preceded him in death.

    He was a truck driver and heavy equipment operator and was also self employed. He was also a Union 841 operating engineer and was a veteran of the Army Corps of Engineers.

    Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, John and Cynde Frost of Olney, and Doug and Carmen Frost of Louisville; special friend and companion Roberta Allen of Louisville; three brothers, Dale Frost of Flora, Harry "Bus" Frost and wife Millie of Xenia, and Guy "Wimpy" Frost and wife Pauline of Louisville; two sisters-in-law, Mary Frost of Louisville, and Joyce Barbee of Louisville; grandchildren, Larry Frost, Bradley Frost, and Brandi Wood and husband Andy; and several great-grandchildren.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, one brother, Robert Frost, one sister, Dorothy Frost, and one grandchild, J.L. Frost.

    Graveside services will be held Friday, December 14, at 11:30 a.m. at Red Brush Cemetery in rural Louisville with Bro. Bennie Johnson officiating. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Friday at Neal Funeral Home in Louisville.

    Memorials may be made to the Clay County Veterans Memorial or donor's choice.

    Harry "Bus" Frost, age 86, of Xenia, IL passed away Friday, August 16, 2013 at Herrin Hospital in Herrin, IL.

    Bus was born August 29, 1926 in Clay County, IL to Dios and Ethel (Callison) Frost. He married Mildred Davis on November 9, 1946 in Flora.

    Bus served in the U.S. Army during WWII and during his life he worked as an appliance repairman for Sears and also independently. He could fix anything and was also a great mechanic. When Bus wasn't working, he enjoyed going camping and fishing.

    He is survived by his wife: Mildred Frost; three daughters: Linda (Larry) Daulby, Barbara Burkitt, and Karen (Jeff) Riggins; a brother: Guy (Pauline) Frost; six grandchildren: Kyle Daulby, Melissa Rico, Robert Burkitt, John Burkitt, Rebecca Riggins, Will Riggins; a great-grandchild: Isabel Rico; along with numerous nieces, nephews, brother and sister-in-laws.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers: Leo (Rose) Frost, Robert Frost, and Dale (Velma) Frost, and an infant sister.

    The funeral service for Harry "Bus" Frost was held at Frank & Bright Funeral Home in Flora.

    Interment followed in the Floral Garden of Memories, Flora, with military honors.

    Memorials may be made to that of the donor's choice.

    He was born October 29, 1935 in Louisville, IL to Dios & Ethel Belle (Callison) Frost. He married Velma Neff on June 27, 1954 in Flora. She preceded him in death on December 19, 1995.

    Dale was an area farmer and heavy equipment operator.

    He is survived by a son: Terry Frost & wife Sandy; daughter: Ginger Williams & husband Ray; four grandchildren: Jennie Harrell, Stephanie Rinehart, Andy Frost, Leslie Frost; four great-grandchildren: Madison & Trenton Harrell and Karleigh & Mollie Frost; two brothers: Harry and Guy Frost.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two brothers (Leo & Robert Frost), and an infant sister.

    Funeral services were held at Frank & Bright Funeral Home.

    Burial was in Golden Cemetery, Louisville.
