    Vicki Lynn Bourne Conley, 66, of Effingham, passed away on Wednesday afternoon (Sept. 10, 2014) at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.

    She was born Aug. 5, 1948 in Olney, the daughter of Loy Sr. and Norma Lamkin Bourne. She married Daniel J. Conley on Feb. 6, 1971 in Normal. He survives.

    Survivors also include her brother, Loy Jr. (Sherry) Bourne.

    She was preceded in death by her parents.

    She was a retired teacher and tutor. She graduated from Noble High School and Illinois State University with bachelor's and master's degrees in science.
